 EZ-INFO kiosks are always there, always on and always up to date; unlike printed information which becomes outdated, may not be specific to the local area and often runs out altogether.
 All information is categorized making searches quick and easy. The systems have the flexibility to expand both main screen categories as well as subcategories to facilitate searches.
 Our kiosks always provide consistent information, regardless of high turnover environments, new staff from other properties, etc. Some of our hotels find it an invaluable tool for training new staff on the local area.

 We update the Front Desk / concierge and bell staff every 35-45 days with a list of all the information that appears on the local kiosk network.

Flat Panel Kiosk

This option is provided for hotels with 175 rooms or more and designed for the hotel with a small lobby or concierge desk.

The flat panel touch screen is mounted on a swivel base and sits on top of the desk. The computer processor & laser printer are either stored in the desk or behind  it.

This has quickly become our most popular option among our hotels.

 

Stand Alone Kiosk

This kiosk is totaly self contained and stores the processor, screen and printer inside the custom built, ADA complient cabinet. This unit is provided to hotels with 250 rooms or more and requires 110v power and an open internet connection. (wired or wireless)

The kiosk cabinet is covered in formica which gives endless flexability when matching interior wood grains, along with many other options. Cabinet Size 21"w x 24"d x 37"h.

 

Custom Kiosk

This kiosk was designed and built by the hotel during a remodel.

EZ-INFO Kiosks is happy to provide interior cabinet specifications so that hotel may build custom cabinetry that suits their specific needs.
